Tiffany Shanahan

As a senior paralegal at Fox McKenna, Tiffany Shanahan brings a wealth of legal experience across multiple practice areas, including workers’ compensation, bankruptcy law, medical malpractice, and general negligence. Her diverse background in both plaintiff and defense litigation provides her with a unique perspective, allowing her to anticipate challenges and develop strategic, well-prepared cases in complex medical malpractice matters.

 

Beyond her legal career, Tiffany proudly serves in the United States Coast Guard Reserve as a Marine Science Technician. In this capacity, she enforces laws related to safety, security, and environmental protection and responds to disasters that affect the environment and surrounding communities. Her military service has instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, problem-solving, and attention to detail—qualities that seamlessly translate into her work at Fox McKenna.
